I guess it’s just that I know that if I’m doing something, I’ll get it done the way I want and the way I see fit. When you rely on other people, something could always go wrong cause they don’t always share the same set of priorities as you. What’s top priority to you may be considered not such a big deal to someone else. When you rely on yourself, you know that if you fail at something, it was no one else’s fault but yourself. The same goes for succeeding. Although it’s always a nice feeling to share the wealth with others. That’s something I wouldn’t mind. But working under someone else, having to set aside your pride, your ethics, and in some cases, even your morals? That’s not for me. I just can’t see myself being that person.
I have to be my own boss in the future.
